In this episode, Dr. Elaine Stageberg takes listeners inside the ALLSET™ framework for the very first time in a live setting. If you caught the recent promo and have been curious about what ALLSET™ actually is and how it works, this is the episode to start with.

Elaine walks through all five domains — Skillset, Mindset, Heartset, BODYSET™, and Soulset — and explains how most high achievers spend years developing one or two of these areas while the others fall quietly behind. That gap, she argues, is where the friction lives. The sense that success is real but something still feels incomplete. That the life you are building looks right from the outside but does not always feel fully yours from the inside.

This session is personal, practical, and grounded in both the neuroscience of behavior change and Elaine's own lived experience building a life she genuinely loves — as a Mayo Clinic-trained psychiatrist, a mother of six, and a co-founder of a real estate portfolio overseeing more than $450 million in assets.

If you are ready to stop optimizing the surface and start working from a deeper foundation, this is where that work begins.

Welcome everyone. I am so glad you are here for our All Set workshop. This is our very first time ever launching this into the world. And so I am excited that you are here to learn about it for the very first time. Thank you for being here. I know for many of you, you are over your lunch hour. Maybe you're still working and you're listening in podcast style. However, you're able to participate today is wonderful. There's a workbook that we're going to put into the chat. If you're able to follow along it with the workbook, that's helpful, but it's certainly not required. We're going to make sure that you have the replay, the workbook PDF, all of those things will be available for you. So participate as much as you're able to. Get as much out of today as you're able to. And do know that the replay is going to go out just a little bit later this afternoon. So again, thank you so much for being here. Lots of folks are trickling in over just the last couple of minutes. So thank you for being here. I want to make sure I honor your time. I know everyone has super busy days. And my goal is that by the time we leave here in about an hour, that you understand what the Allset framework is. It's something that I created. So it's new information to you. But most importantly, you understand how it applies to your life and why I created this framework from my work as a Mayo Clinic trained psychiatrist, my coaching in my flagship program, Freedom and Legacy Blueprint MD, running Black Swan Real Estate and all of the employees that we manage, and seeing this human pattern over and over and over again and believing that this all-set framework really closes the gap. So again, thank you so much for being here. By way of introduction, if you're new to this world, welcome. I am so glad you are here. I'm Dr. Elaine Stageberg. As I mentioned, I trained at the Mayo Clinic as a psychiatrist. And during that time, my husband Nick and I were also building a very large real estate firm. So today we own and operate Black Swan Real Estate, which has a portfolio of about 450 million and assets under management. We have about 60, almost 70 full-time employees, a team of virtual assistants, people running that operation all day, every day. And a lot of what I've learned about coaching and human behavior comes from leading those individuals as well. Several years ago, I launched my flagship coaching program called Freedom and Legacy Blueprint MD. That has been the joy of my life to coach physicians and other high performers. We meet on a weekly basis. We do deep dive calls, coaching, retreats, you name it, to create transformation. And that really brings together all of the domains of my life. I've also been married to Nick for 15 years. We have five children and a sixth on the way in just a couple of weeks. And thinking about all these different ways of leading myself, leading others, and wanting to help humans reach their greatest potential. I think of that as the thing that links all of this together is helping humans reach their greatest potential. You might be asking, like, how does a psychiatrist become a real estate investor, business owner, coach? Like, what do the husband and the kids have to do with it? And it's all about seeing patterns of human behavior. And it is through all of those various lenses that I created all set. And so I'm excited to share that with you today. So let's talk about something that you might feel, which is fragmentation. If you're on this call, it is likely that you are a high performer, you might be a physician or another professional, you have a wonderful career. On the outside, people probably look at your life and think, like, oh, he or she has it all, or I wish I could have his or her life. There's probably younger versions of yourself that would look at the you of today and think, oh my gosh, you made it. Like you created what it is that you were hoping for in your early adulthood. And yet there might be a piece of you that has this kind of growing sense of like, is this it? Is this really the promised land? Is this really what I've worked so hard for? I've seen that pattern time and time and time again. And many people feel a lot of shame about it. They feel like they have no one to talk to about it, that they might be tempting fate, or shouldn't they just grin and bear it? Or are they selfish? Are they greedy? If you've had any thoughts like this, I promise you that there are many, many, many others. Probably everyone on this call has had some type of thought like that throughout their life. And probably even somewhat recently, this is a very common human pattern. And many people take that energy and they might find their way into mindset work. Mindset work has been very popular over the last many years. And it's things like affirmations, goal setting, working through what are called limiting beliefs, the thoughts that we might have about ourselves that hold us back. And I am a big believer in mindset. A lot of what I do in my coaching, both myself being coached, I have, you know, whole teams of coaches that work with me every day. And then also the coaching that I do in Freedom and Legacy focuses on the way that we think about ourselves. Our minds control our reality. Sometimes we think that reality is just happening around us and that we're receiving it. But the truth is our minds control reality. The super simple, kind of silly example is the thermostat can say 72 degrees. And you might think that that's super hot, and I might think that that's super cold. Well, the objective reality is 72 degrees Fahrenheit. We can look at the instrument and see that, but our mindset is what controls whether we feel as though that's too hot or too cold, or just write through my work with mindset over the last decade plus, with my own self, my children, my team members, the people that I coach, my work, my clinical work as a psychiatrist, I came to see over and over that mindset is not enough. Mindset is not enough. And that is the main lesson that I want to get across today in our time here together this afternoon is mindset is not enough. And I hope that that resonates with you. That might be something that you are hearing maybe for the first time. And my hope is that over the next several minutes, as we talk through the all-set framework, you have an aha moment and you realize that you are so much more than just your mind. Your mind is this big, beautiful machine that has never been replicated. Even with all of the advances in AI, humans are still leading the charge as the most advanced thinkers out there. But there's so many other parts to us. We are not just robots, we are not just our brains, we are not just these thinking machines. And the all-set framework captures that. On page five of the workbook, you'll see a quote from Paolo Coelho, who wrote the book The Alchemist, one of my all-time favorite books. I highly recommend you read it if you haven't had a chance to read it yet. To realize one's destiny is a person's only real obligation. To realize one's destiny is a person's only real obligation. And I say we didn't just come here to learn more. You've probably been to webinars, classes, events, you name it. You already know a lot. What you need is to remember who you really are, all of the components of you, your skill set, your mindset, your heart set, your body set, and your soul set so that you can live the life that you know is possible. Fully integrated, fully embodied, fully showing up to this life that you've created, tweaking the parts that you want to change, whether it's your career or your finances or your relationships, right? We are always seeking continual growth and continual optimization, but also being very present and enjoying the parts of our lives that we've already created and walking that balance in between. That is all set. So here in workshop one, if you're able to get your workbook out, go ahead and do that. We are on page seven. And I'm going to present to you this idea of what I call the fragment trap and give a couple of examples of it and see if you feel as though you resonate here. The most typical example might be someone who has spent time working on their mindset. They've worked through some limiting beliefs, they've worked through some affirmations, they've worked through time management, getting their calendar organized. Maybe they've delegated out some things. They feel like they're pre-optimized in their life. But remember, mindset is not enough. Mindset is not enough. What will happen is they'll go into a real life experience. Maybe it's a meeting that's challenging. Maybe it's a patient encounter that is very emotionally difficult. Maybe it's an overstimulating evening with the kids getting pulled in all these different directions. Maybe it's even something that you enjoy. It's like a romantic dinner with your partner or timeout with friends, and you want to be able to enjoy it. You're excited about it, but your body is all revved up. You're overstimulated, you're over-touched. You've been running what I call like coming in hot, like every single meeting, you're coming in, you know, right at the buzzer, right? Maybe you're five minutes behind, 10 minutes behind all day. Your body is super overstimulated. Because of that, your heart is very disconnected from what it is that you're creating. You can see your child in front of you and you know that you love them and that you're super excited about them, but there's just no reserve left, right? So you're trying to like boot up your mindset of like, come on, you can do this. This is the life that you created. Show up as the parent that you want to be, but your heart is running completely on empty. And so it falls flat. Soul set is that idea of this greater purpose in life. It's different for all of us. Soul set may fit into a religious or a faith background, but it doesn't necessarily have to. We all bring this unique part to ourselves in different ways. And that's that piece of like, what am I building? Like, I've built this career, I've built this marriage, I've built this family, I have the house, I have the money, I have the cars. Like, what's the point of it all? Like, why did any of this matter? Was I like sold this like bill of goals that isn't actually meaningful to me? That's where that soul set piece comes in, that we can work our tails off on mindset and achievement. We're very, very good at that. If you're in this room, you are probably very, very, very good at achievement. And yet, if we're missing that soul set piece and we don't really connect to the greater sense of purpose, where we fit into the greater community, where we fit into greater life, what the point of our existence is, it all falls so flat. These are all examples of the fragmentation trap where we're optimizing one part of our lives and we're not even maybe aware of the other parts of our life, and so it falls flat. Has this happened to you? Pop it into chat. Is this something that resonates with you? Have you experienced it in the past? Is it something that you're experiencing now? I'd love to hear your feedback and hear from you. Does this idea that mindset is not enough? What do you think of it? Do you agree, disagree? How is it showing up for you? We might find with say skill set that we've optimized a skill set. We have a degree, we have a career, we've worked for something maybe for decades, and we were burnt out, we're not finding a sense of purpose in it. That goes back to that soul set piece. We're doing something that we're really good at, but maybe it isn't intrinsically motivating. That's the skill set piece. Or we want to develop a new skill set, maybe improve our investing or our real estate investing, or have a big pivot in our career, and we're not exactly sure how to do it. So we've optimized the heck out of our life. Our calendar is perfect, our finances are in order, we've delegated out a bunch of things, we've worked through mindset, we've worked through the limiting beliefs. And our skill set is either a skill set that serves an earlier version of ourselves, or there's this gap of something that we want to create in our lives and we don't know how to do it. We're not sure how to fit it in. That's the fragmentation trap. Skill set develops into capability without fulfillment. Capability without fulfillment. Probably everyone on this call has felt that. I know I have felt that at various points in my life. For all of us, we have different zones of the activities that we can do. We have our zone of incompetence, which is activities that we're not very good at. They're hard for us and we don't produce a good outcome. Our zone of competence, things that we can do pretty well, like not really any better than anybody else, but we can get them done. Our zone of excellence. This is a place that's actually quite dangerous. This is the place where many people find themselves in and they don't understand why they're not fulfilled. The zone of excellence is the things that you do really well. You're really good at it. Maybe it's the career that you trained for. Maybe it's certain roles and responsibilities at your work or in your family that you can get done pretty easily. You can show up for them. You've done them, you can do them in your sleep. People call on you to do them because they know that you're the easy button, right? They can get it done. They can say, Hey, can you take care of this? Can you see this patient? Can you do this? And they know that you'll be the one that gets it done. And yet it's not fulfilling. It does not feel good. It does not, you don't look at that slot on your calendar or that thing on your to-do list and think, yes, this is what I was made to do. This is what brings me the most joy. And over time, you look at it with more and more and more dread and more and more of a sense of burnout. I believe that this is the number one reason that high performers experience burnout, is because they're stuck in their zone of excellence, doing things that they're pretty good at. They've trained at. They might be the best in the county or the state or even the nation. And yet there's no sense of fulfillment. In the skill set, we really want to go into what's called our zone of genius, our zone of genius. This is that set of activities that we can do with flow and ease. And other people look at us and say, I don't know how she does it. I don't know how he does it. It's it's almost like magic. Like it just kind of comes out of nowhere. It might be skills that we're maybe naturally born with, some of our natural inclinations, skills that we've honed over a lifetime, things that really light us up. I consider like this to be like my zone of genius, despite the fact that I have a sinus infection and I sound like a frog, and you guys are probably like, what's up with her voice? Like this comes to me so naturally. I enjoy it so much. When I'm done with this call, I will feel elevated the rest of the day. That's where you want to move into. What happens with people is they get stuck in the zone of excellence because it's the easy button for their own selves, and that's what other people want of them. And so then they don't have the space to go into the zone of genius. That's what we talk about when we talk about skill set inside of the all-set framework. So we want to develop capability with fulfillment, capability with fulfillment. Mindset is about motivation and desire and moving through our day and having empowering stories and thoughts about ourselves. But until we have that deeper alignment, we're just repeating things that other people have taught us. I can accomplish anything. If I work hard enough, I'll always figure it out, right? I just have to optimize a little bit more. All of those things are completely true. But if you're optimizing for someone else's goals, it could be an earlier version of your own goals, goals that you set years ago that no longer serve you, goals that were set by your parents or your career or your department chairperson or your religion or your culture. If you're optimizing for things that are not actually aligned with what you really want, we get into that spiral of what am I doing? Why do I wake up in the morning and I have so little energy? Maybe despite the fact that I'm well rested, maybe I'm taking care of myself on paper. It looks like I have this great life, this great career, this great calendar. And yet I just feel no connection to it. We want to have both motivation and alignment. Those two things have to go hand in hand. Otherwise, we are running full seam ahead, creating a life that we never actually consented to. So in the ULSAT framework, in mindset, we think about motivation with alignment. And if you're in the workbook, we're on page eight, just going through these different frameworks in the all-sat framework. Next up is heartset. Heart set is about how we feel about ourselves, the emotion that we show up to in the world. This is probably the one that I worked on the most as a psychiatrist. In typical Western world, we have very few words for our emotions. We might say things like, I'm happy, I'm mad, I'm sad, I'm angry, I'm tired, I'm exhausted. We have very, very, very few words. What we want in a heart set is that we have a rich, embodied emotional inner world. We know what it is that we're feeling. We don't walk around wondering, like, why did I not get enjoyment out of that conversation? Or why do I feel so tense when I'm around this person? Or why do I not have the energy that I want to have, right? We don't, we don't have a sense of like what it is that we're really experiencing in the world because we're not fully embodied in our emotions and in our heart set. And in heart set, we develop a robust language to understand what it is that we're experiencing, to connect deeply with others, and most importantly, to understand what it is that we want to experience, to be very intentional about the emotional presence that we have as we show up in different meetings. How you show up in a meeting with your boss might be very different than how you show up hanging out with some friends on the weekend, would be very different than maybe how you show up putting a child to bed or making a big decision or working on your calendar. You show up as different versions of yourself. And unless you're very intentional about creating that heart set space and opening the heart to those different versions of you, if you're showing up with the same energy to a noon meeting with your boss as you are to putting your kid to bed and reading a book as you are to setting your goals, it's all gonna feel very flat. It's gonna feel this like sense of friction, this sense of weight of like, I'm doing the things, I'm showing up to the meanings, I'm showing up to my life, and yet I'm not getting the joy out of it that I want, right? The juice is not worth the squeeze. That is heart set. We want to have connection both to ourselves and to others through this lens of heart set. Body set is a concept that I trademark. So I trademarked both the all set framework, and then I also have trademarked body set. I think of body set as probably the most important piece in all of all set. You can see that they're linked together, right? It's like the Olympic rings. You can't have one without the other. But body set is so important because our minds and our hearts live inside of our body. Let me say that again. Our minds and our hearts live inside of our body. And if our body is chaotic or tired or stressed or triggered or on edge or any of the feelings that we likely experience on a day-to-day, hour-to-hour basis, our mind can be running the best programming and it falls completely flat, right? You might be working on working through a limiting belief or telling yourself an empowering story. And when you're feeling good, you believe it, right? You believe like I am capable of anything that I put my mind to. I set that big goal and I am going to make it happen. And then the moment your body becomes tired, hungry, angry, nervous, overwhelmed, overstimulated, all of the things that we experience, even on an hourly basis in 2026, right? With all the stimuli and the inputs that we have coming into our bodies at all times, our nervous systems were not designed to live in such a high stimulation world. That's where those limiting beliefs come back. That's where the mindset crumbles very quickly, right? And we'll start to say things to ourselves that are untrue, but our body, our mind lives inside of our body. And so our body is leading the way of that's not for you. You're not capable of that. Other people can achieve that, but not you. That goal's too big. I have seen this time and time and time and time again. This is probably the number one thing I see in my coaching is someone has the right intentions. They're working on things, they're making forward progress, and yet their body set is all discombobulated. They're like, they're running a race while they're pulling this big heavy sled, and they're like, I don't understand why the race is so hard. I'm just supposed to run from point A to point B. I know exactly where point B is. I'm excited to get there. I know how to get there. But man, oh man oh. Man, is this hard? It's because the body set is completely discombobulated. And when the mind and the heart live in the body and the body is weighed down by all of this nervous system dysregulation, it's very hard for the mind and the heart to lead the way you want them to lead. So when you focus on body set and you focus on what it is that you want to create in your body, it goes very closely hand in hand with heart set, everything becomes easier. Your body supports your mind. Your body gives your mind more energy than you think is possible, more clarity, more ambition, more goal-directed activity. Your body opens your heart more. You're more receptive, you're more aware of what's going on around you. You feel a sense of calm and groundedness and centeredness and all of the overstimulation that happens in the modern world, it's like it doesn't come through to you because you've regulated your body set. So we want to really cultivate body set and have our body lead the way. Have the body lead the way. Is this resonating with you guys? Is this makes? Tell me in the chat. Like, what do you think about this? How does body set show up for you? This is one that is so much more important in say 2026 than even like 2000 or 1950 or going back a hundred years on and on and on, because we have so much stimuli in our modern world. Our phones ping and ding all the time, our computers ping and ding. We've got artificial light whenever we want. Like, and I'm not anti-technology, don't get me wrong there. But we have to realize that our nervous systems are tens of thousands of years old, operating in a world that has completely changed over the last 50, 25, even five, one year. And we need to align ourselves and our nervous system with that calm, regulated feeling so that our mind and our heart can create what it is that we really want. And we're driven by our actual goals and the things that we really want, not driven by a nervous system and hormones that are just running the show, and we don't exactly understand why we feel so discombobulated. And then finally, we have soul set. This is the piece that brings it all together. This is the piece that makes your life meaningful to you in a completely different way than the next person and the next person and the next person. Why were you born? What is your role in this world? What do you want to experience and enjoy and develop during your time on this earth? What is your connection not only to yourself, but something bigger than you? That something bigger than you can be, your nuclear family, your broader community, your faith, your culture, connection to a higher power or energy or source or universe. It's different for everyone. But what it really is about the idea that you are not alone. You were never alone. Something led to your creation on this earth. Something led to you showing up in existence and saying, hey, you get this many years on earth to get to experience life, experience what the world has to offer, be in relationship with yourself and with others, contribute and receive and find meaning in all of it. It's the anchor that kind of links all of the others together. When we think about skill set, mindset, heart set, body set, and soul set, to some extent they go in order. They all go together. They're like, you know, like the Olympic rings. You can't have one without the other. But there is some sense that they that they build upon one another, right? If we understand our purpose in life through soul set, then it becomes a little more obvious what we would want to develop in, say, our skill set. We talked a lot about how body set has to lead the way because our minds and our hearts live inside of our body. So this is the all set framework. If you're able to take a look at your screen, you'll see it here. The all set framework is skill set, mindset, heart set, body set, and soul set. And let me tell you how it came to exist. So, as I mentioned, I trained as a psychiatrist. Throughout that time period, I was also building a very large real estate portfolio with my husband, with you know, many, many, many team members and all of the leadership and the entrepreneurial work that goes into that. I was also coaching physicians and other high performers in my flagship program, Freedom and Legacy Blueprint. And the drumbeat through all of this was this idea of mindset. Mindset, mindset, mindset. It was mindset was probably like the word of the decade for the last decade for myself and for many, many others. And yet I was seeing time and time and time again that mindset would fall apart pretty quickly for people. And it would be very confusing to them. It would be very demoralizing. It would lead to a sense of burnout of, oh my gosh, I've spent so much time and effort building this life. And then I went into this world of mindset, and I've spent more time and effort honing my mindset, working on limiting beliefs, working on goal setting. Many people come to my visioning workshops and get a ton of benefit out of that each year, knowing what it is that they want. And then the other pieces, they're not even aware of them. They've never even heard of a framework or the idea that there's skill set and heart set and body set and soul set. And through 2025, I really started asking myself, like, how can I help people with this? How can I relieve human suffering? How can I help take people to the next level? There has to be something more than mindset. And I dug deep into all of the various types of training that I've had, the life experiences that I've had, the investment and entrepreneurial. I looked at patterns of all of the people that I had coached or I had done therapy with as a psychiatrist. And the all set framework came together. And I unveiled it for the first time at an exclusive retreat for my flagship program, Freedom and Legacy Blueprint, in Zion National Park last summer. That was my first time ever bringing this to the world. We had a whole weekend where we focused on all set. We did a self-assessment in each of the domains. We worked through guided questions and lessons throughout the weekend. We did embodied experiences to make this something real, right? I'm a big believer that simply learning a lesson is not enough. If you're here, you're good at learning, you're good at, you're good at taking the notes and getting the grades. What I want for you is real transformation, something that gets into your nervous system, that stays with you, that changes the way you behave and that you interact in the world. And so I created all set. And throughout that weekend, when I first taught it for the very first time ever, it was so beautiful to see people have these aha moments. Oh, no affirmation in the world is going to overcome the fact that I'm stuck in my zone of excellence and I hate it. Oh, no mindset thing in the world is gonna overcome the fact that I have some trauma in my marriage that's been there for a couple of decades. And until I work through that, it feels weird when we set goals together because I'm not even sure we're gonna be together in the future. Oh, without a sense of purpose, of understanding my role in the world and what I'm here for and what I really want to create in life, it's no wonder when I look at my calendar, I have no emotional connection to it. I would hear these things over and over and over during that weekend and in the year that I've worked with those people since then. And so I created this workshop to bring all set to the public world for the very first time because I believe that this is a framework that's easy to understand, that's very accessible, that allows you to work on the parts that apply most to you. This is not one size fits all, either for the people listening or even within your own self. One month you might be moving forward on your skill set, and the next month you're really thinking about your soul set or your heart set, but you're moving a few steps ahead in each of the domains over and over again. And you get this sense of life transformation that is literally indescribable because it might be the first time ever that you're experiencing what it means to be fully aligned, to be fully present, to be fully embodied, to understand how all these different components actually come together with intention and forward thinking, not just accidentally. You're building a life by design, not by default. That's why I'm hosting this workshop today and tomorrow is to bring this framework to you, allow you to chew on it and to see does this resonate with you? Do you feel like this could move the needle for you? Do you see yourself in these stories of well-meaning, high-achieving people who didn't have the all-set framework, who didn't understand the five components, get them working in tandem with each other, all rowing in the same direction, and then get those breakthroughs. And the number one thing that I think about when I think about the all-set framework is moving people toward ease and flow. Moving people toward ease and flow. Now, don't get me wrong, I love hard work. I believe in visioning. I believe in goal setting. I believe in setting your mind to accomplishing things that make you go, I'm not sure if I can do that. And then working on your mindset, building a team of a community around you, supportive people, building your skill set, all of those things. I love hard work. I love people setting their mind to something that is extraordinary and then seeing it come true. What I love even more is when that happens with ease and flow. One of the core questions in my life is what if it were easy? What if it were easy? There's an earlier version of me that like didn't believe that that was possible, right? That's probably because of my conditioning as a physician in the Western world, right? You name it. We are conditioned that anything worth doing is hard, right? Hard work wins the day. The early part gets the word, right? All of these things that are conditioned into us. And yet I believe that if we can focus on what if it were easy, that's when we have this sense of I look at my calendar and I feel so aligned with it. I'm doing things with my time that feel so right for me, that are in my zone of genius. My mindset is clear and I know exactly who I am and I believe in myself. My heart is open. I allow myself to feel vulnerable and present. I don't allow the distractions and the triggers and all the things of day-to-day life really permeate into me because I understand what's important and what's not important. The body feels calm, the soul feels aligned, and all of this kind of creates this perpetual upward cycle. What if it were easy? And now that I've been teaching this inside of freedom and legacy for over a year now, I'm seeing other people experience that and they'll say, I did this and it was so easy. I made this decision and it was so easy. There's this sense of flow and ease and grace and almost like awe and wonder. And I believe that it all comes back to the all-set framework. So if you're able to get your workbook out, let's go ahead to page 11. Open up to page 11. And what I want to do during our time here during this workshop is for you to get just a small sample of that self-assessment. So if you're able to have your workbook out, great. We're on page 11. And if not, that's okay. You can either just do this in your mind, grab a scrap piece of paper. I'll guide you through it, even if you don't have the workbook available. But what I want us to do together as a group during our time here is ask yourself for each of these five domains. So as a reminder, skill set, mindset, heart set, body set, soul set. My hope is that by the time we're done with this workshop, you have these memorized. You're able to, when you go home and whoever is important to you asks you what you do today. You said, I learned about the all set framework, skill set, mindset, heart set, body set, soul set. And I want you to ask yourself on a scale of one to 10, with one being very, very, very low, very painful, very unoptimized, not what you want. And 10 being it is the perfect score. It is exactly what you want. It feels perfect. It feels almost like too good to be true. On a scale of one to 10, how optimized and aligned is your skill set? How optimized and aligned is your skill set? Just pick the first number. At most, go halfway between. If you feel like you need to do a six and a half or seven and a half, by all means go for it. But just pick the first number that comes to your mind. That's your unconscious mind giving you the answer. You don't need to think about why you're coming up with that answer, the rationale, anything behind it. Just when you think of skill set, how optimized and aligned do you feel on a scale of one to 10? And then next up, we'll do that for mindset. I have an eight that came in for skill set. Yeah, absolutely. Share, share these numbers in the chat. Let's get a sense of where you guys are, what's going well, where there's areas for improvement. I have a seven. So I have a seven and an eight that came up for skill set. For mindset on a scale of one to ten, how optimized and aligned are you in your mindset? Same thing for heart set. So just pick the number that kind of comes to your mind, right at first. I have another eight that came up. So you guys are the people that are sharing are at the upper end of the spectrum. That's really good. For heart set, right? Another quote from The Alchemist by Paulo Quello. Absolutely love this book. You will never be able to escape from your heart. So it is better to listen to what it has to say. You will never be able to escape from your heart. So it is better to listen to what it has to say. On a scale of one to 10, how optimized and aligned are you in your heart set? How much are you listening to your heart? Are you believing in your heart? Same thing for body set. Remember, body set is not necessarily like physical fitness or sleep or nutrition. Those are big parts of it, right? If you're tired and you're hungry and your body's worn out, those are big parts of it. Body set is really about this is where your mind and your heart live. This is about how you feel in the body, how regulated you feel in your nervous system. How optimized and aligned are you in your body set on a scale of one to 10. And then finally, for soul set. This is a quote from Rumi, a 13th-century Persian poet. Stop acting so small. You are the universe in aesthetic motion. What matters is how quickly you do what your soul wants. I love that so much. What matters is how quickly you do what your soul wants, not what your calendar wants, not what society wants from you, not what the culture wants from you, what your soul wants, and how quickly you connect to what your soul wants and you create that. You are the universe in ecstatic motion. That's such a beautiful poetry from Rumi. So on a scale of one to 10, how optimized and aligned is your soul set? And then that takes us to page 16. So I'll read these questions out loud. We'll put them in the chat as well. We'll make sure that they're in the replay, they're in the show notes. All of this will be available to you. Again, even if you're just listening podcast style, just answer these in your head. You can jot down something later. But if you are able to grab pen and paper and do a little journaling here, this is where you'll get the most benefit out of the workshop today. I want you to not just know about the framework and understand where it came from and why I created it and understand the five components, but I want you to know where you are in your life. We just did that quick little mini self-assessment. Obviously, we could spend a lot more time going through all of the different components of skill set, mindset, heart set, body set, soul set. We could ask questions about why is that coming up for you? What's going well? What's what could be improved, right? But we just wanted a quick on a scale of one to 10 so that you get some sense of where you are in each of those domains. And then on 16, page 16 of the workbook, we ask ourselves which of these five dimensions resonates most strongly with you and why. Which of these five dimensions resonates most strongly with you and why? Take a little time to think about that. It may be the one that comes most naturally to you. It may be the one where you have the highest self-score. It may be the one where you might feel the most amount of struggle and you have an inner sense of knowing of, hmm, if I worked on that piece, all of the other pieces would go a little easier. There'd be a little more flow here. There's no right or wrong answer in any of these questions. That's the beautiful thing about coaching. It is very personalized to your life. Everyone listening is going to have a different experience. That's what I want for you. Which of the five dimensions resonates most strongly with you and why? Where in your life do you feel the most friction or the widest gap between your vision and your reality? And what that means for those of you that haven't done my visioning workshops is your vision is what you know you want to create. And your reality is your lived day-to-day experience. So in any of those dimensions, you might think about what you know is possible for you, what you want to create. And then where's the biggest gap? See, that might be the one that you self-rated yourself the lowest number. This is the biggest opportunity for improvement. This is often the lowest hanging fruit. Where in your life do you feel the most friction or the widest gap between your vision and your reality? And then our final question here on page 16 this is the one that I want you to spend the most amount of time on today. This could easily be a one-hour journaling session. This could easily be a whole weekend workshop. This could easily be a whole month of coaching. Let's spend a few minutes starting to activate this part of our thinking. Describe what your life would look like if all domains of your all set were aligned and powerful. Five simple domains. Skill set, mindset, heart set, body set, soul set. If you were at, say, a nine or ten in each of those domains, they were aligned. They were powerful. You weren't doing really, really, really well in, say, skill set, but at a two in soul set and wondering, I'm not even sure why I'm waking up each morning, right? That's not what we want. What we want is that you're doing really well in each of them and they're aligned. Describe what your life would look like. Many of you have done my visioning workshops, and you know that I am a big believer in seeing the reality that it that you want to create because our mind doesn't really know the difference between what we see in our imagination and what we see in real life. And when we create something in our imagination, we are much more likely to then be able to go out and create it in our real lives. So this is just a small visioning exercise where you're describing what your life looks like? What would your day-to-day look like? How would you feel? What would your energy be? What thoughts would you have? Write down whatever comes to mind for you. There's no right or wrong answer here. I want you to describe what your life would look like if all domains of your all set were aligned and powerful. Let's take a couple minutes for that. Write with as much detail as you're able to create. For some people, it might be bullet points, other people, you might be writing sentences. If you're in a place where you don't have pen and paper available, no big deal. Just think it in your mind and know that doing the inner work is benefiting you. You can always come back to the replay and the workbook later. But give yourself these minutes of presence. Give yourself these minutes of seeing what you know is possible for your life, not just from a mindset perspective, not just from a goal setting perspective, but from who you are as a full human being, all of the parts of you working together in alignment. I love all the shares that have already come into chat in terms of your self-rating. So thank you for sharing those. As you're seeing this version of yourself where your all set is aligned and powerful, drop some words into chat. Maybe it's just a couple of words describing it. Maybe it's a full sentence. Maybe you type out a full paragraph. It's different for everyone. But let's see what we're creating here in the group. Let's see the energy, right? This is what's possible. I believe that when we see something in visioning, we can create it. That's there's a reason I run a whole week of visioning workshops. Every single year is because I believe that when we see something, we can create it. Rachel says, I would feel both invigorated and calm, energetic and peaceful, harmonious. I am rested, happy, deeply connected to the earth and those around me, present, exciting. Oh, so good. I love that. Susan says, flow, ease, energize. I love this phrase, compounded impact. That's a powerful one. You can see how the five domains, they don't just enhance each other, they compound each other. That's a great insight. Thank you, Susan. Peace, energized, focused, like all parts of me are pulling together and not pulling separately. That's good. Not pulling me apart. So good. So good. That's what many people feel is they feel this sense of I'm getting pulled in this direction and that direction. And I'm not sure which one's more important. And I should be happy with all of this, but it just feels so overstimulating. And I'm not sure the meaning of all of it. And Deb, what you described there is the antidote to all of that, which is all set, which is the parts of me are pulling together, right? Based on that, like what do you really want in your soul set? What are you creating with your skill set and your mindset? And on and on. Joyful and at ease, clear and flowing, feels easy while still being challenging and engaging and exciting, but less stressful and more focused. So good. So good. I get so much joy out of seeing these reflections. Andrea says tying freedom and financial freedom to plant seeds of security and possibility for others. I'd be calm, healthy, and focused on strangers that need me because my circle would be calm and easy. So good, right? When we pour into our own cup so much that our own cup overflows, then it becomes so much easier to pour out to others as well. That's what you've captured there. That's wonderful. Just so beautiful. These bring just like little tears to my eyes. It makes my whole afternoon worth it. So thank you all for that. Let's take a look at some simple ways to think about what alignment looks like. So what you guys are sharing is just absolutely beautiful because it's your real embodied experience. That's what matters the most. I can give some examples that I've seen and patterns that I see across wide ranges of people. But what matters most is what you want to create in your life. That's why I've always made my workshops that have reflective questions and journaling and sharing so that you leave with a personalized experience and a plan for how you're going to create what it is that you want. Here's some ideas of what a life in alignment might look like. Simple, simple phrases. Your skill set creates results that matter. Most importantly, matter to you. You're living in your zone of genius, not your zone of excellence. Your mindset supports how you think and decide. Your mindset is powerful and in charge and full of clarity and is uplifting you and is empowering. Your heart set keeps you connected and present.

Paulo Quello says, You can't outrun your heart. You must live with an open heart. Your body set sustains your energy and capacity. Your mind and your heart live inside of your body. You've got to get your body set right so that they have the optimal conditions under which to operate. And then finally, your soul set gives you clear direction. This is what a life in alignment can look like, in addition to all of those beautiful shares that came into the chat there. I hope for all of you, whether you did it with pen and paper or you're just thinking through it, you have some sense of the all set framework and how it can apply to your life, where you are now, and where you could be and will be if you dedicate yourself to all set mastery. I'd love to tell you about a way that you can continue this work if this is resonating with you and you think this could be a value to you. I've brought this work into my flagship program, Freedom and Legacy, over the last year, and it has resonated so deeply with the people in that program. And so I've created this brand new program that I'm offering for the very first time ever that's very accessible, that is a smaller commitment in terms of capital and time so that you can really focus on all set and move the needle in this area of your life. It's called All Set Mastery. Let me read a testimonial from someone in Freedom and Legacy. This is from Anna. She said, I just wanted to say I'm so excited for All Set coming to center stage. The first few months after joining Freedom and Legacy, I basically listened to a majority of those modules with any free time that I had. And I must say that I kept thinking repeatedly about how it was such a fundamental part of Freedom and Legacy and my mind shifts on a daily basis. When I got busy with my life and listened less to those, I definitely felt it missing from my life. I'm excited you're bringing it to the spotlight now, Elaine. And so many people can benefit from it. So you're seeing it not just from me and my excitement about bringing this new work that I've created over the last year and a half to the world and bringing it to you, but from people who have experienced it firsthand, the benefit of Allset and how I believe this builds the foundation that allows you to really create what it is that you really want in your life when all of these domains are aligned. Let's talk about what you get inside of Allset Mastery. This is my founding member launch. This has never been offered to the public before. So it's a brand new program that I've put together. And I warmly invite you to consider joining us. Each month you'll have two live coaching calls. We will hold those on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. Those will be live calls where you're live coached. And then, of course, all of the replays will be made available as quickly as possible so that if you miss a session, you'll have all of that in your vault. We make those replays available both in video format and in podcast format so that you can listen in whatever way best fits your schedule. In addition to that, we'll have a weekly private podcast that I will personally record so that there's a lesson every single week that's supporting your continued growth in between those two live coaching calls per month. These are meant to be short, think like seven to maybe 15 minutes, very actionable, theme-based throughout the month, focusing on one of those five domains so that we're continually moving the needle and you're having momentum in between the live calls. You also have the vault, which will continually grow as the program goes on and on. A curated community of high achievers inside of a WhatsApp group so that you have a place to talk through your wins, your challenges, how you're applying this to your life, staying in community with each other in between the live calls that we'll have twice a month. This is the first time ever that I'm offering any of my work in either a monthly membership package or an annual membership. So in the monthly membership, it's very simple. You just sign up, it's auto-build each month. And if at any point you'd like to leave the program, you're able to do so and cancel with no penalty. And then you're able to exit the program. But I think you'll want to stay in, and I think that you'll want to benefit from compounding this work over and over and over again. So we do also have an annual membership, which is our best value. In the annual membership compared to monthly pricing, you get two free months per year. And then you're also eligible for eight hours of category one CME through our partnership with Pinnacle. So you get to choose how you want to engage in this work. If the monthly membership works for you, to come into the community, start to engage in the work. Maybe you've never done a program before, or maybe you've never done a program quite like this, or maybe you've done some programs in the past that haven't delivered for you the results that you were hoping for. And you're maybe a little gun shy. I've seen a lot of that over the last several years for all of those reasons. That's why I'm creating the monthly offering for the very first time. I've never had a way to work with me in coaching with a monthly offering. So if that's what resonates with you, that's an offering as well. And then we do have that annual membership as well with some additional benefits. I structured this program so that it's simple and accessible. I wanted something that you could engage with for just a few hours per month, let's say 15 or 20 minutes per week in the weekly podcast, checking in with the community, working through the work on a daily basis, applying it to your life, those two live calls per month, so that you can engage actively. We'll work on workbooks. It'll be very tangible, very actionable. My goal for every live coaching call is that you leave with a tangible outcome. I am a believer that simply teaching things is not enough, right? With the with AI and everything else, you can go teach yourself anything you want in the world. I want you to have transformation and something actionable that you can take with you to change your behavior and to change the way you interact with yourself and others. And I wanted all of this to be very accessible. I didn't want to create a program that's very time-intensive, that takes a lot. We have Freedom and Legacy if you want the deep dive into this world. And I'd be happy to tell you about that at a later time. All set was meant to be able to move the needle for you and have a very high return on investment and also a very high return on time. I'm super excited that we were approved for eight hours of category one CME through our partnership with Pinnacle. This is available to annual members. So you may be able to seek reimbursement from your hospital or your clinic. It's very easy to claim these CME hours. At the end of each month, you'll have our CME eligible calls and you'll do a quick, a quick reflection form, and that will get your credits for your category one CME. And then we also have some founding member bonuses available. So I am bringing this work to the world for the very first time. I have been so excited about having this date on my calendar, knowing the benefit that I've seen from the people that I've already taught this work to and wanting to expand it to a much bigger community. So we are open officially for the very first time now. You can go to allsetmastery.com and read about enrollment and sign up for either the monthly plan or the annual plan. And we have some bonuses to reward fast action takers. So for signing up for the annual plan, if you sign up by 2 p.m. tomorrow, so after our second workshop tomorrow, between now and then, in addition to those twice monthly coaching calls, you will also get three additional small group hot seat coaching calls with me. And that's where you'll have the ability to raise your hand and be coached on something that's applicable to your life. So we'll have three of those throughout the year as a fast action bonus for anyone who enrolls between now and tomorrow afternoon. You'll also get a virtual ticket to Real Estate Real Life. That's our flagship event that we put on annually through Black Swan Real Estate. This is our fifth year. It's September 17th through the 20th. You'll join us live. We'll be able to see you on the screen. We'll be able to hear you. You'll be able to ask questions. It will be as though you were right there with us the entire conference, and you'll get lifetime access to the recordings as well. So that's a bonus that's available as well. And then also I'll do a guided visualization for each of the five domains in Allset. Visualization is the idea of walking through in your imagination what it is that you want to create. I believe that all set and visualization complement each other very well. So as part of the founding member bonus, you'll get one recorded visualization for each of the five domains. So if you say want to work on your skill set and you're not quite sure, like, well, what's the next step for me? What do I do here? You'll go listen to that recorded visualization and there'll be about 10, maybe 15 minutes for each of them. And then you'll leave that visualization knowing what the next step is for you. They're reusable. As you change, you go back and you listen to them again and you get the next step and the next step and the next step. So these are some founding member bonuses that are available if you sign up for the annual plan. In terms of investment, it was really on my heart that I make all set as accessible as possible. In our monthly plan, our pricing will be$199 per month. And in our annual plan, our pricing will be$1,999 per month per year. And I'm excited for our founding member launch to cut those rates in half. I want to see this community grow as quickly as possible. I am just overjoyed at seeing this work impact people. You saw that testimonial from Anna and what a big difference it made in her life and how she really felt the needle moving when she was engaging in this work. So during this founding member launch, this is the only time that we'll have this pricing available ever again. This pricing will never exist again. You can join the monthly plan for$97 per month. You'll get full access to the program, but two live coaching calls, you'll get access to everything. CME is not included in the monthly plan, but the benefit is that flexibility that you can cancel at any time with no penalty. And then if you know you want to commit to transformative immersive work and you're ready for the annual plan, our founding member rate for the annual plan is just 997 for the year. So you get two months free as compared to the monthly plan. And then you are also eligible for the eight hours of category one CME. And then all of those bonuses that we just discussed are available to members who join our founding member launch with the annual plan. You can see all of this at allsetmastery.com, allsetmastery.com. You're able to read about the program, go over all of the features and the components of the program, and then sign up for either the monthly or the annual plan. The bonus for the three additional hot seat coaching sessions is only available through tomorrow afternoon. So if you're ready and you know you want to be a part of this, go ahead and sign up right away. You can always sign up for the monthly plan, but that annual plan will get you those additional bonuses as well. I would love to have you in Allset throughout the months and the year to come so that we can work on these domains together and get these in alignment and cohesive for you so that you're rowing all in the same direction. So please do consider joining me in Allset Mastery during this founding member launch. I hope you see that we've spent a lot of time and effort creating a program that can really move the needle for you with maximum not just in not just return on investment, but return on time and structuring it in a way that's really accessible, that's unlike any other program that I've ever offered before. And I would really love to have you in All Set Mastery. We are not done with our live workshops. So I invite you to join us tomorrow, Friday, April 24th at noon central. Tomorrow we're going to go through each of the domains and think about what it would look like for you to be very aligned. So we just scratched that surface today where you looked through what would your overall life look like with Allset, with having all of your dimensions aligned. But in order to really have that alignment, you have to have each of the five domains aligned so that they're all going in the same direction and with the understanding and the purpose for each of them. So that's what we'll be covering in the workshop tomorrow. It'll be very journal-based, workshop-based. I would love to have you. It builds on today and leaves you with a crystal clear plan. Even if you decide not to join us in all set for the monthly plan or the annual plan, I'm committed to making sure that workshop for you tomorrow leaves you with something actionable. That if you want to go out and take it and implement it in your own life, you'll have everything you need at the end of that workshop tomorrow to do so. The workshops are meant to be standalone and valuable so that you leave with something that moves the needle in your life. And then there's that invitation for you to join us if you desire, if this work resonates with you, if you feel like it's the best, the next best step for you to continue this work. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow, Friday, April 24th at Noon Central for the second of our workshops where we will dive into each of the domains specifically. And if you're feeling that this is the next best step for you, if there's something in your heart that has you thinking that all set mastery can be the next place for you to get yourself aligned, to be powerful and rowing in the same direction in all of these domains in life, please do join us. My hope is that your exposure to all set today is something that you've not seen before, that this is a new way of thinking and that it feels empowering and full of flow and ease and all of the things that everyone shared there in the chat as you described for your life what you know you can accomplish when these domains are working together. That is a wrap for today. Thank you for joining me. I know your days are busy. You're all probably joining, either having lunch at your desk, or maybe you're still in the midst of work and listening podcast style. However, you joined today, thank you for giving yourself this time, for giving yourself an hour in the middle of the day to work on what is most important, which is your own life, your own intentionality, your own desires for what it is that you want to create in your life. That's what I want for you. I hope in any time I do teaching is that everyone leaves with something that's very personalized to their own selves and that they leave with something actionable, something that can change behavior. I hope that I delivered that for you today. I look forward to delivering that for you again tomorrow in workshop number two. And then I would love to have you in All Set Mastery if that resonates with you. Thank you all so much for being here, and we will see you tomorrow. Have a good rest of your afternoon, everyone. Take care.
