You can see how that creates the downstream effect in the five domains of Allset. I will complete at least one month of CS plan today. So good. Thank you guys for your shares. I hope that you are feeling a sense of alignment. Learning about the Allset framework could be that aha moment that you've been looking for. And then going deeper into it and applying it to your own life today in this second workshop. My hope is that it's opening up in you a sense of momentum, a snowball that's building, a realization that you don't have to live life out of alignment. You now have the language to even describe these missing pieces and how when they're working in tandem with each other, there's that sense of ease and flow. And through working through these guided exercises today, you have five simple conclusions. One simple conclusion for each of the five domains that if you take action on them, you will make substantial forward progress. And then you repeat the process over again and you do that over and over and over, not from a sense of like rote work that you just have to get through or adding things constantly onto your to-do list, but instead from a sense of never-ending improvement, from seeking higher and higher levels of joy and fulfillment and alignment in your skill set, in your mindset, your heart set, your body set, your soul set. How can you actually change your calendar to reflect more of your zone of genius? Those are the types of things that we'll work on inside of All Set Mastery. You'll see all of the features that I just went over in terms of really draining. It's going to feel demoralizing. Like no amount of skill set will overcome that. No amount of mindset and affirmations and goal setting and planning will overcome that. You have to develop that soul set piece and understand what is it that you're really meant to do in the world? What is your life really meant for? And that's the foundation. So everything starts with skill set. That's the top of the pyramid. And the base of the pyramid is soul set of who you really are and what the purpose of your life really is. When these five dimensions are aligned, everything feels so much easier, so much more flow. That's not to say that objectively life changes. You still have appointments, you still have things that you need to get through, you still have to-do lists, you still have all of the things that you need to take care of as you go throughout the day. You still have ups and downs, you still have those real human emotions. And in fact, you may have more of them because you're more attuned to them and you allow yourself to feel them more. But despite that, you feel a sense of flow and ease because all of these domains of your human development are working together. For many people, they've never even heard of a framework like this. I created the Allset framework last year because there was nothing else out there that I had ever seen that brought these domains together. And so this may be the solution, the answer to a problem that you know you've experienced because you've felt it in your body. You have felt it in your real lived experience. And yet you didn't have the language to attach to it. And so, my hope for workshop number one that we just summarized here, go back and catch the replay if you haven't done that yet. My hope for you for workshop number one is that you left with a language. If the only thing you got out of the work, the all-set workshops is that you left understanding these five domains. My hope is that that would give you a level of insight into your day-to-day behavior and into your ways of being in the world that would allow you to move into more consistency and more cohesiveness. And we're going to do some of that together here today. Let's give some examples of what life's look like what life looks like when it's in alignment. And then we'll go through each of the domains of all set, and we'll do these reflective exercises together. These are just some simple ways that show up when a life is in alignment. Your skill set creates results that matter. More importantly, your skill set creates results that matter in a way that feels in flow and relatively effortless to you. If your skill set is creating results that matter at the expense of extreme burnout and exhaustion and a lack of meaning in your work, then it's not worth it. You're probably in your zone of excellence. When you're in your zone of genius, your skill set creates results that matter in a way that feels really, really, really intrinsically motivating and rewarding to you. Your mindset supports how you think and decide. Your mindset sets your identity. It's the drumbeat that's out ahead of you, setting the stage for the rest of the parts of that are in alignment. Your heart set keeps you connected and present. Presence is such a valuable thing in today's world. We have such a lack of presence because of all of the stimulation that we have. And even though technology is beautiful and we're able to connect together right now on technologies, or you're here live with me on Zoom, or you're listening on a podcast or watching a replay, something technologically has allowed us to come together. It still also creates a lack of presence in many ways because there's so much overstimulation. And we've been trained to close our hearts to that. And when our heart set is open, it keeps us connected and present. Your body set sustains your energy and your capacity. You feel alive in your body. You feel as though your physiology is supporting what you want to do and who you want to be. Your mind and your heart are living inside of a body set that's all aligned so that you're creating what it is that you want to create in the world. And then fundamentally, your soul set is giving you clear direction. With all of that as our framework for what we're gonna go into today, if you have the workbook, we are on page 19. We are on page 19 in the workbook. And again, if you don't, no big deal. I'm gonna read these questions out loud. You can either grab pen and paper and just answer them on a pen and paper, or if you need to just listen and reflect in your mind, go ahead and do that. However, you're able to participate is what's perfect for you. You can always go back and dig deeper into the work in the replay. What we're gonna spend our time here today in this workshop is for each of the five domains, we're gonna go over three questions that personalizes this to you that generally assesses where you are now. That's gonna build off of what we did yesterday, where you assessed yourself on a scale of one to 10 for each of the domains. That was our quantitative assessment. Today we're gonna have a little bit of a qualitative assessment for each of the domains. And then we're gonna prompt you to move into visualizing and understanding what it looks like as you move more into alignment. That's our theme of what we're gonna cover here for the rest of this workshop. So, for skill set, we'll spend about a few minutes on each of these. We do need to move quickly because I want to keep this to about an hour. I know a lot of you are joining us over a lunch break, or maybe you're even still at work. So we'll move somewhat quickly. Again, the beautiful thing is the replay will go out. You can always listen to the replay and then pause in between and reflect for as long as you would like. For your skill set, our three main questions are where are you currently spending most of your time and energy? I'm gonna read all three questions in succession, and then I'll read them with a pause in between so that you can reflect on them. Which of those areas feels aligned and which feel misaligned? And then that culminating question for skill set, if you were fully aligned, what would you choose to spend more time doing? So let's take a little bit for that first question. Where are you currently spending most of your time and energy? Take about 30 seconds to reflect on that, either mentally in your head, or if you have pen and paper, or if you have the workbook. And as we're going through this, I encourage you to share in the chats. Our chats yesterday was just a robust place for people to share, just that first glimpse of what they see for themselves as their all set comes into alignment. And today we're gonna dig even deeper into that. So please do share in the chat as we go along. So, where are you currently spending most of your time and energy? Our second question is which of those areas that you just outlined in question one feels aligned and which feel misaligned? So you might think of that as which maybe bring you energy and joy, and what sucks your energy and joy. That's another way of asking that question. And then finally, the third question for each of these domains is the most important question. This gets us a little bit into visualization work. Those of you that have been around for a while know that I'm a big believer in visioning. I do an annual visioning workshop in November that's a whole week long, where we really talk about seeing the future version of yourself and then creating a one-year plan for that. So the third question for each of these domains is a mini visualization so that you can start to see for your own self what it would look like as you move these domains into alignment. So if you were fully aligned, what would you choose to spend more time doing? If you were fully aligned, what would you choose to spend more time doing? And a great question came in. What if everything is misaligned currently? Thank you for your honesty and your vulnerability and asking that question. Many people do feel that, right? Many people feel it like the peak of burnout. And when they look at their schedule, they're wondering, how did I get into this situation? I would really focus on the third question of as you were building a life in alignment, what would that look like? And then the downstream questions from that would be how can you peel away one small activity that's out of alignment and add in something that's alignment and then do that over and over and over. It may take six to 12 months. Some of these things don't happen just instantly overnight, especially if it's in a work setting or involves other people. But if everything is misaligned, you want to ask yourself that third question, which is how would you spend your time if you were fully aligned? And then your work over the next six to 12 months would be making it so that you're spending less of your time in the misaligned activities and more of your time in the aligned activities. So thank you for that question. I appreciate that. If you were fully aligned, what would you choose to spend more time doing? And then next up we have mindset. So we have our three anchoring questions for mindset. And I know we're moving pretty quickly. Again, you have the workbook. We'll have all of this in the replays. I want to make sure we get through all of the domains today. And I'm also a believer, you'll the people that coach with me will hear me say this over and over that the first answer that comes to mind before we're able to filter it through the stories and the limiting beliefs and the constraints and other things, the first answer that comes to mind is almost always the right answer. So moving quickly through questions sometimes gives you a different flavor of yourself that might actually be more authentic because it's coming more directly from your heart rather than coming through the thinking parts of our of ourselves. What is one belief you are ready to release? What is one belief you are ready to release? This is page 21 of the workbook. What's a belief that doesn't feel good to you? It holds you back. It's an old belief. It doesn't feel good. Maybe it came from someone else. Maybe you're not even sure where it came from, but you know it doesn't serve you. And then this next question would be a great one to share in the chat because it'll be so fun and affirming for all of us. What is one belief you want to begin reinforcing? Instead. What is one belief you want to begin reinforcing instead? So maybe a belief that you want to release is something like, I'll never have the relationship that I really want in my life. Maybe you're single or you've been through a divorce or something like that. Maybe that's a belief that's that's on your heart. I'll never have the relationship that I want in my life. And you're ready to release that. And you know that that doesn't have to be true. And a belief that you can begin reinforcing instead is something like the right person will appear at the right time, or something like, I have many relationships in many areas of my life that bring me different types of joy and love. See how you can really personalize it to your own self. That's just one example that I wanted to give. I love these shares. So beliefs that people want to reinforce. I am worthy and deserving of earning the things I want. I am worthy and have gifts to share. Those are both so beautiful. Thank you for those shares. Spend about 15 more seconds working on that belief that you want to reinforce. Abundance is coming my way. And then that third question there in mindset, this is the one that gives us leverage. How would this shift change the way you show up in your life? Everything that we do as humans first comes from our identity of ourselves. That itself could be its own whole workshop. Everything we do comes from our identity of ourselves. And so if we have beliefs that are reinforcing of the identities that we want, it changes the way we behave in the world. So how would this shift of going into this positive belief that reinforces what you want, how would it change the way you show up in life? If someone has a belief of something like, I'll never find the relationship that I want, well, then they might have more of a closed heart set or they might be fearful of putting themselves out there, or they might carry an unnecessary bitterness or tenderness, right? And then if they believe that the right person will show up at the right time, for example, that might change the way they show up in terms of wanting to meet new people, being willing to develop new relationships, understanding that love and joy come from all different types of relationships. It doesn't necessarily have to be from a romantic partner. And so they might have more of an open heart set. They might have more joy in relationships, more willing to put themselves out there and share their gifts and their ideas with the world. That's an example, just running through an example of these three questions, but you write down what applies to you and what is personalized to you. The universe is on my side. I am so worthy of love. These are some shares that are coming up in the chat. I absolutely love them. How are you guys doing? Can I get a sense in the chat? How are we doing time-wise? I know we're moving pretty quickly. Are you getting some value out of these reflections? What's coming up for you? I'd love to hear in the chat from you how your experience has been as you're working on personalizing these five domains of the all set framework to your life through these three questions for each domain. Awesome. Thank you guys. Instead of feeling that I have to prove myself, showing up ready to listen and discover how to help and make a difference. And then someone else shared, how would this shift change the way you show up in your life? I am more authentically myself at all times. That's so good, right? That's really truly what all of us want at our core, even if we can't put the language to it. What we really want in the world is that we can show up as our natural selves. We don't have to put on masks. We don't have to be actors or actresses. We don't have to pretend to be someone that we're not. We can show up authentically as ourselves with an open heart. Those domains are all aligned, and then we can connect to ourselves and to others much more effortlessly. I love that. Thank you for those shares. Let's go to page 23 in the workbook. We are now on heart set. And our three questions for heart set are what emotions do you experience most often in your daily life? What emotions do you experience most often in your daily life? Try to write down the biggest range of words that you're able to as you're reflecting on this. When do you feel most present and connected in your life? When do you feel most present and connected? These are the times when our heart is very open and it might feel like a sense of relief, or it might feel like a sense of comfort, like a like the sound that your body might make is you just feel good. You feel present, you feel connected, you feel alive, you feel gently aware. You're not hyper-aware, not like a stressful awareness. You're just present and connected. When does that happen for you? And then finally, our third question for heart set what would it look like to stay more present in those moments? What would it look like to stay more present in those moments? Yesterday I shared a quote that it's in the workbook. You can't outrun your heart, right? Your heart is always in the lead. And so when we work on feeling tender enough and empowered enough and vulnerable enough, which might seem like those are opposite words, right? Empowered and vulnerable, but they're actually two sides of the exact same coin, to keep our heart open, even when it's challenging, even when there's maybe some history in a relationship, and maybe it's long generational history, like in a family or a long-term marriage or something. Could be just a brief difficulty or challenging conversation with someone at work or with a friend. But when we're able to stay present in those moments and keep our heart open, that's when we can feel most alive. And that's when we train ourselves to stay open during those moments. And then that allows us to be very, very open during the good moments. It may seem like it's easier to be open-hearted in the good moments, maybe when we're with friends that we know we love and we have a great relationship with, or we're with our children, or we're doing something very joyful. But what actually happens is we condition ourselves to close our heart to avoid things like confrontation or letdown or feelings of nervousness or feeling like we're not good enough or we don't belong or we're not loved. And our heart has memory. And so we create those patterns during times of greater hardships, and then it accidentally carries over and blocks us from feeling the love and the joy, even in the good moments. And so we might be asking ourselves, like, I'm with my friends that I've had since childhood. And I know I love these people and these people love me, and yet I just don't feel this same sense of joy with them that I used to. Like, what is going on? We might like make ourselves kind of even feel crazy with that. Or we're looking at a beautiful sunset or something like that, and we don't feel that sense of joy, that sense of spark. And it's, and we don't realize that it's because we've conditioned ourselves to keep our hearts closed, to shield ourselves from the hardship. And when we instead train ourselves to keep an open heart, even when it's challenging, that's when the heart can be very, very open to those times of joy and love and connection and presence. And that's where we find that people get that sense of deep meaning in life, finding joy, finding gratitude, almost having a sense of like they might be teary-eyed often because like life is just so beautiful and they sense so much abundance around themselves. Maybe this is resonating with you. All of that goes back to this concept of heart set and keeping an open heart. And then next up we have body set. So we are on page 25 in the workbook now. The first thing we want to do is we want to check in with the body. Simple question. How does your body currently feel on a typical day? A little bit different than heart set, which is more emotion-based. This is more feelings-based or physiology-based. How does your body feel on a typical day? When do you feel most energized and supported physically? When do you feel most energized and supported physically? This isn't necessarily a question about like physical fitness or stamina, though that certainly is one of the variables that plays a part here. This is about you feeling alive in your body. You feel a presence, an awareness. You feel as though your physiology is aligned, you're awake, you have energy because you're doing things that you want to be doing. You're excited about what's happening around you. You feel aware, you feel safe, you feel grounded in the nervous system. Those are some of the things that you might be thinking about when you're thinking about energized and supported. I don't use the word energized to mean like a little kid that's like running around bouncing off the walls of a bounce house or a trampoline. I use the word energized as a surrogate for the feeling of feeling fully alive. So when do you feel most alive in your body? Might be a different way of thinking of that question. And then our third question for body set is what is one way you can begin to support your body more consistently? Just one small thing. And any of these questions, we don't need a grand thesis. The journey of a million miles begins with a single step. What's one thing you can do to support your body more consistently? When we understand body set and we understand the hormonal cascades, right? Cortisol has a multi-hour half-life. We start to realize that even something small that minimizes a cortisol spike, not only does it make us feel better in that moment, right? We don't have to go through any of that adrenaline or sense of overstimulation or sense of hyper awareness. But we, it doesn't just stop there. We get a downstream effect from that for hours to come because we don't have to metabolize through the cortisol. So small tweaks here and there throughout the day that support our physiology and our body set have a really outsized impact on how we feel overall. And then finally, we have Soul Set, page 27 of the workbook. What currently feels most meaningful to you? What currently feels most meaningful to you? I'll pop these into the Zoom chat too for those of you joining us live. Meaning can come from our work, our relationships, our sense of purpose, our culture, our faith. What gives you meaning? What do you want your life to be building toward? What's your legacy? What do you want to be known for? What's meaningful to you? If you if your life ended soon, what what would you want the story of your life to be? Momentum more, right? Where it comes from the stoics, the idea that any of us can die at any time. And when we live with that notion, it shapes the way we behave because we think about what do we really want out of life? And all the small stuff, it just trickles away because we realize if I died today, none of that stuff matters. What really matters is this. And then we fill that in for what's personalized to ourselves. What do you want your life to be building toward? And I have those three questions there in the Zoom chat for you if you're joining us live. And then finally, what is one decision you can make that reflects that direction? What is one decision you can make that reflects that direction? So much of what we're doing is assessing where we are now, seeing where it is that we want to go, taking the steps toward that. And then we repeat that process over and over and over through the all-set framework. That's what we do in all set mastery. So that we're incrementally moving toward what we want in each of the domains. And then the domains start to go in unison together, right? They're like a well-orchestrated band. So you saw a theming with that, with say body set, where our final question is what is one way you can begin to support your body more consistently? And I talked about how even just a small change can have effects for hours or even days in the body. And then it's a very similar theming here for soul set. What is one decision you can make that reflects the direction that you want to be building in your life? And then you do that, then you go through the process again and you do that. And I just heard from my team that my chats were accidentally set to host only. So the questions were not coming through to you. So I just put the three questions in for SoulSet into our Zoom chat there. You can grab those in the Zoom chat. For SoulSet, we have what currently feels most meaningful to you. What do you want your life to be building toward? What is one decision you can make that reflects that direction? And then we're going to bring all of this together into two culminating questions that really go hand in hand. So, in many ways, we can think of them as just one big declaration to bring value to what we've done here today. So that when you leave this workshop, you leave with something tangible. You didn't just come here for entertainment. You didn't come here just to learn something. Learning is great, but learning plus action is what creates transformation. So we have our two culminating questions. One shift I am ready to commit to is, and one action I will take this week is so you make the commitment and then you immediately follow up with what's the action. Commitment alone is not enough. Action without commitment, we often you know peter out on it. We don't carry through with it. So together the two are much more powerful than apart. So of everything that you reflected on, we did 15 questions here together, three questions for each of the five domains. Of everything that you've reflected on, what is one shift you are ready to commit to? And what is the action that you will take this week? This week. Let's time box it because this need not be a big grand action. It can be a small step forward, moving you in the direction of where you want to go in your all-set framework. And then I'd love it for those of you who are here live with us, pop that into the chat, share it, declare it out to the world. In my coaching, I talk a lot about how there is something that is so powerful that's evidence-based. This isn't woo-woo nonsense. This is evidence-based that when we declare something out to another person, it drastically increases our chances of us actually doing that thing. And it all goes back to identity. If we hold a thought in our head, we might get overwhelmed by limiting beliefs or old stories or indecision or lack of confidence or all of these things that are very natural human things for us to experience. When we declare it to someone else, even if we feel uncertain, even if we feel unsure, even if there's a part of us that's like, I don't know, I'm a little afraid to share this. None of that actually matters. When we declare it out to someone else, it becomes part of our identity. Even if we never see that person again, even if we didn't have an existing relationship with that person, there's something in our nervous system. And as humans, we are such social creatures. There's something in our nervous system that says, I told this to someone else, therefore it is part of who I am. And we know that identity is the thing that drives our behavior the most. Information rarely causes us to make decisions. Emotions sometimes cause us to make decisions. Identity is what drives all of our behavior. Identity is what drives all of our behavior. That's why sharing is so critical. So, what is the shift that you are ready to commit to? And what is the action that you are going to take in order to bring that shift into reality? One small thing that moves one of these domains, or maybe through working through all five of the domains, you found something that links one or more of them together. It might be something like having a like a morning gratitude or prayer practice that allows you to tap more into your soul set and what's really meaningful to you. And then because of that, that's going to support your body set because you'll enter into the rest of your morning and the rest of your day feeling more calm, more aligned, more present in the body. And then you can see how that would have a downstream trickle effect. So it could be something that really moves the needle for one of the domains, but you might come up with something that moves the needle for two or more of the domains because they're so interlinked with each other. Linda said, I will complete needed paperwork by Sunday, follow up on Tuesday, and complete a transaction by Friday. So without even knowing anything about what that paperwork is or what that transaction is, I can already feel a sense of accomplishment, a sense of momentum, a sense of forward movement and being more aligned. It might have something to do with skill set or maybe it's heart set and what Linda wants to accomplish or what she's excited about, but having a clear plan of really taking action over a one-week period. We just do that over and over and over again. Laura says, I will list all my current inventory before I purchase or acquire anything more. So Laura has a side business acquiring and selling like antiques and those sorts of things. So really checking in of like, is this business serving me? How can I optimize what I'm already doing? You can see how that creates the downstream effect in the five domains of all set. I will complete at least one month of CS plan today. So good. Thank you guys for your shares. I hope that you are feeling a sense of alignment. Learning about the Allset framework could be that aha moment that you've been looking for. And then going deeper into it and applying it to your own life today in this second workshop. You now have the language to even describe these missing pieces and how when they're working in tandem with each other, there's that sense of ease and flow. And through working through these guided exercises today, you have five simple conclusions. One simple conclusion for each of the five domains that if you take action on them, you will make substantial forward progress. And then you repeat the process over again and you do that over and over and over, not from a sense of like rote work that you just have to get through or adding things constantly onto your to-do list, but instead from a sense of never-ending improvement, from seeking higher and higher levels of joy and fulfillment and alignment in your skill set, in your mindset, your heart set, your body set, your soul set.
